As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us achieve this mission by providing data-driven insights and expertise to our business teams. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Analysis team in a remote data entry and virtual assistant role. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions, develop data-driven solutions, and drive business growth. You will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify impacted subscribers, and collaborate with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing to guarantee accuracy of our subscriber data and provide discounts when required. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage data and document requirements related to subscriber informing drives (including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being collected) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required) * Develop queries based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for informing and remediation * Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners * Develop a deep understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information * Manage project planning and timelines and coordinate cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events * Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of strong communication processes and functional playbooks * Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences **Essential Qualifications** * 2 years of work experience in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline * 2 years of analytical experience * Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences * Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages * Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. * Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills **Good To Haves** * Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis) * Postgraduate education * Knowledge of Wind current **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $20-30/hour * Opportunity to work with a leading entertainment and media conglomerate * Remote work arrangement with flexible hours * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for data analysis and a desire to work in a dynamic and innovative industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
