As a Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of our team that applies scientific rigor to improve our content portfolio, promotion, and release system. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy critical thinking, be a problem-solver, and be passionate about TV and film content. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced analytical procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions * Analyze customer behavior (e.g., viewing preferences, consumption patterns) to identify untapped customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities * Forecast content engagement to inform procurement decisions * Streamline our content release and episode discharge methodology * Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both strategic and tactical navigation * Provide ad-hoc analysis support to partners to drive business growth * Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 2 years of experience in data analysis * Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and Python * Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems * Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * An interest in Media and Entertainment **About Working at arenaflex** arenaflex offers a unique and dynamic work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
