Our diverse range of film studios, including Disney, Walt Disney Animation Studios, Pixar Animation Studios, Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios, Searchlight Pictures, and 20th Century Studios, are renowned for their excellence in storytelling and entertainment. **About the Role** We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Studio Exploration and Analysis team, supporting Disney+ Item, Marketing and Content Curation, and In-Home Promoting and Distribution groups. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Sr. Administrator, analyzing and integrating data, as well as providing support for quantitative and qualitative analysis drives for key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be on Disney+ Item and Customer Experience following projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Assist with a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis exercises, including data collection and preparation, data extraction and analysis from various sources, and building reports, tables, and charts * Join different data sets using SQL to aid the daily tasks of the Disney+ customer experience following project * Collaborate with various teams to conduct research at blithequark, including communicating project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to effectively target, develop, and improve our datasets * Build and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and from different divisions of the company, as well as external vendors * Analyze and plan ongoing and ad-hoc reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various groups within the item marketing, engagement, and product strategy of Disney+ and the Disney Streaming Pack * Manage assigned projects, implementing quality control cycles, and report assignments and status to supervisor(s) to ensure completion within established timeframes * Work with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that each outcome is decisively significant and drives key decision-making * Collaborate with the team and analysis groups within Snowflake and Databricks * Maintain both exceptional verbal and written knowledge of data components and requirements * Respond to basic data requests from internal clients * Support the presentation of findings based on conducted analysis and contribute to related business discussions * Stay at the forefront of SVOD and In-Home industry trends amidst a constantly evolving landscape **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related field and 3 years of relevant work experience OR * Graduate degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or related field and 1 year of relevant work experience * Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and combine unique data sources * Ability to extract data and join with other data sources to develop a rich, comprehensive picture for the business * Strong quantitative thinking and analytical skills * Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-speed environment * Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations * Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in a climate of tight deadlines and constant change **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data handling tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight) * Experience with survey tools (e.g., Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Experience with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages * Postgraduate education in Statistical Analysis or Measurement * Quantitative analysis background, either provider-side or client-side * Experience analyzing survey data to extract significant insights * Experience with membership-based plans of action and strategy **Work Environment and Company Culture** blithequark is an equal opportunity employer. The base salary will consider internal value and may vary based on the candidate's geographic location, work-related experience, skills, and qualifications, among other factors.
