This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys that include 40+ studies, translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. **The Senior Statistics Architect Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of the VOC methodology.
