With a presence in over 20 countries and a customer base of over 5 million, we're committed to making a positive impact on the lives of our customers and employees alike. **The Role** As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for assisting the transformation and innovation of our VOC method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology. Your primary objectives will include: ### Key Responsibilities * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business needs for the VOC method * Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions * Provide expert guidance on leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions, ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various use case levels * Offer recommendations to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique ### Essential Qualifications * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate effectively with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders ### Preferred Qualifications * Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization tools * Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and big data technologies * Certification in data science, analytics, or a related field * Experience with Agile project management tools and methodologies ### What We Offer At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the holistic well-being of our colleagues and their loved ones.
