You will provide regular reporting and insights to our CMO and GM teams, fostering our social media reporting structures, leading competitive analysis, and measuring success across all aspects of digital and social, including paid, organic, and earned. It's a job for those who thrive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment and are eager to influence arenaflex's core course fundamentally. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and deliver performance metrics of arenaflex's social and digital stages, providing vital contributions on the competitive media and social scene. - Investigate and decipher web-based entertainment stage measurements (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok) to mine noteworthy insights. - Collaborate with key partners across Research, Analysis, and Information Science teams. - Influence social listening tools to create topics, and subjects to capture portion of voice, brand affection, crowds, and patterns across arenaflex's brands. - Monitor social channels, identify relevant social posts and discussions, and communicate social opinion to community directors and leadership. - Lead advanced analysis and statistical projects to develop our understanding partner might interpret marketing data patterns and their business suggestions. - Influence external datasets across competitive analysis tools to illuminate broader audience and business suggestions across all arenaflex brands. - Team up with social media planners, brand leaders, and community managers to provide data-driven recommendations to their social and advertising strategies. - Work directly with the heads of the social media groups to manage the outcome of the occupied social strategy, which will be estimated by adjusting ahead on goals and KPIs. - Plan and maintain dynamic dashboards to envision key social media performance indicators, working with continuous insights and decision-making for partners. **Essential Qualifications** - High proficiency in digital and social analysis and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Fledgling). - Strong written communication skills, including creating and presenting data-driven analyses and insights to express performance and opportunities to key partners. - Strong verbal communication skills and capable at pitching compelling presentations. - Strong analytical skills, able to verbalize what social and digital recommendations will mean for arenaflex organizations at large. - Comprehensive understanding of social media's impact on digital traffic. - Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and web analysis tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics). - Experienced in data analysis using Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP. - Familiarity with SQL to query and control large datasets, ensuring efficient data retrieval and analysis for robust reporting and insights. **Preferred Qualifications** - Imaginative and innovative with a self-starter mindset and enthusiasm to take on new challenges. - Demonstrated history and excitement for complex critical thinking and analysis. - Strong work ethic and fundamental values (integrity, respect, innovation, etc.). **About arenaflex** arenaflex is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
