Job Overview As a Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be an integral part of the High-Level Investigation, Content team, applying scientific rigor to enhance the company's content portfolio, marketing, and release strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions and optimize marketing strategies. Streamline content launch and episode release methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, with a strong background in SQL and experience with R and/or Python. Proficiency in statistical analysis and machine learning methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more. Demonstrated ability to work independently, applying creativity and analytical skills to solve complex problems.
