As part of this revolution, we're seeking innovative individuals to help drive data productization from concept to delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Collaborate with business and product partners to tackle complex business challenges and identify patterns and valuable opportunities * Apply your mastery in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data visualization to uncover insights beyond the numbers and provide meaningful experiences * Define and assess key performance metrics for new product launches * Create data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of product drives and special business challenges * Recognize new levers to help improve key financial data insights, understanding underlying drivers for change in metrics * Lead exploratory data analysis including hypothesis testing, statistical derivation, and statistical analysis * Work with data stewards and data engineering teams to collect and handle accurate data from various sources * Work effectively cross-functionally and convey data and insights to non-technical leadership teams **You'll Thrive in This Role If:** * You have solid exploratory data analysis skills and the ability to create logical, data-driven recommendations and solutions * You have experience with languages used to control data and extract insights from large datasets (SQL, Python, Presto, etc.) * You have solid storytelling experience with data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc. * You have experience with data quality tools like Google DataPlex (Collibra Data Quality or SAS Data Management or IBM InfoSphere Data Server) * You have experience with quality testing using Selenium, Cucumber, or Tosca * You have experience in building multi-step ETL jobs/data pipelines and working with workload management systems * You have experience handling complex data on cloud platforms (Ideally Google Bigquery and Hive) * You have experience with Data Warehousing (E-R) and have solid BI concepts * You have a fundamental understanding of statistics and AI models * You have related experience in the retail or finance industries * You have compelling, engaging oral and written communication skills and can build strong relationships * You're comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment **Benefits and Advantages:** * Beyond our exceptional compensation package, you can receive performance bonuses for your achievements * Other great benefits include 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, various health plans, and much more **Equivalent Opportunity Employer:** arenaflex, Inc. is an Equivalent Opportunity Employer – By Choice.
