Our team is passionate about harnessing the power of data to drive business growth, enhance patient experiences, and advance healthcare quality. **Job Summary** As a Senior Examination Designer at arenaflex, you'll work closely with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain data foundation conditions that enable report automation for our Medical Care Quality Improvement program. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business insights, informing strategic decisions, and improving patient care. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with IT, BI, and data teams to execute and maintain data foundation conditions that support report automation for the Medical Care Quality Improvement program * Work with a cross-functional team to design, develop, and deliver execution experiences across arenaflex Wellbeing * Direct the delivery of arenaflex Wellbeing information and insights drives and projects * Uphold long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet arenaflex Wellbeing reporting and analysis requirements * Plan, create, and deploy layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analysis projects * Develop data organizing and pre-processing principles for populating valid and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements * Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large data sets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external documents * Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS documents) * Create internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data validation, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** * Proven, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services, including but not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake * Experience providing thought leadership and presenting instrument-agnostic semantic data layer upgrades connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct management, aberrant leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership * Ability to travel up to/no less than 5% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Capabilities** * Data ManagementCertified Analytics Professional (CAP) * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive salary: $75,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced data professional looking to join a dynamic team at the forefront of healthcare innovation, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
