Our teams work tirelessly to bring the best content to our fans, and we're seeking like-minded professionals to join our mission. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Analyst, Content Valuation to join our DETV team. As a key member of our Content Valuation and Examination group, you'll play a critical role in preparing valuations and providing data-driven insights for all DETV content. You'll work closely with our teams to develop a safe distance evaluating framework for our vast TV content library across domestic and international markets. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Establish a safe distance-based content evaluating framework and prepare quarterly close and financial planning expectations for scheduled and unscripted content licensed by Hulu and Disney+ internationally. * Combine quarterly regional content valuation entries and identify key fluctuation drivers, distilling results into actionable insights for senior management. * Assist in preparing long-range and budget planning expectations, as needed. * Serve as the primary contact to key partners at DTC Finance, Studio Finance, Interests, and Controllership. * Collaborate with finance partners to identify and improve process efficiencies and quality of ascriptions. * Curate and organize large datasets to inform decisions and drive meaningful insights. * Regularly track and maintain content performance, including Nielsen ratings, critical review scores, and industry awards, for organization and affiliate programs. * Participate in various ad-hoc projects that will introduce you to new ideas and help you interpret key concepts across the range of content distribution and licensing. **Essential Qualifications** * Self-starter, clever, adaptable, and proactive individual who can contribute anywhere required. * Experience working under minimal supervision; ability to scope, identify, and execute value-added cycles and process improvements. * Strong project management skills with the ability to track and establish targets, manage multiple priorities, and pivot quickly based on the needs of the business. * Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal partners and stakeholders across all levels of the organization. * Experience with large datasets and scientific tools, with a demonstrated ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data. * Attention to detail, precision, organization, strong critical thinking skills, exceptional work ethic, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Desire to work with numbers, perform analysis, and maintain accurate supporting documentation of work performed. * Willingness to defend and justify decisions made and processes implemented, yet adaptable with changing direction as circumstances dictate. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong financial modeling skills required. * Familiarity with pivot tables and advanced Excel formulas like INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, VSTACK, and Settled IF statements. * Passion for the media industry and TV programming; content licensing experience is a plus. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a similar role within the entertainment industry or a related field. * Familiarity with arenaflex's brands and content offerings. * Strong understanding of content valuation and financial planning principles. * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. * Certification in data analysis or a related field. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with a leading media conglomerate and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a talented team of professionals. * Professional development opportunities and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge. * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options. * Access to arenaflex's extensive library of content and resources. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and analytical individual with a passion for the entertainment industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
