Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team of clinical researchers and evidence generators. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating genuine proof (RWE) through cutting-edge research and innovative methods in the clinical trials space. You will work closely with our team of experts to design and execute strong and reproducible statistical analyses, and to develop and implement advanced data science and technology solutions to address complex business questions. Key Responsibilities Mine crude information collections to convey normalized, examination prepared patient associates from in-house information resources or authorized stages, dissect and decipher results, and help shape examination procedure. Accomplices with different individuals from the Walgreens Clinical Preliminary colleagues to convey significant bits of knowledge from genuine world, clinical and different information sources to help biopharmaceutical RWE and clinical preliminary solicitations. Essential Capabilities To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities: Experience in planning and executing strong and reproducible statistical analyses with regards to the study of disease transmission and observational research with healthcare data. Knowledge of normal statistical testing methods including generalized linear models, regression and classification, decision trees, machine learning, time series analysis, and survival analysis. Experience handling large data from different information sources. Experience handling protected patient health data. Knowledge of at least one of the following: Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Spotfire, or other BI analytics tools. Favored Capabilities In addition to the essential capabilities, we are looking for candidates with the following favored capabilities: PhD, Graduate degree in statistics/biostatistics, software engineering, mathematics, systems engineering, biomedical engineering, or related field. Mastery in EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets. Skills in clinical data standards, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies used in healthcare data and ontologies (ICD9/10/ReadCode). Experience in Good Clinical Practice (GCP) as well as regulatory compliance rules for real-world evidence studies or clinical trials (e.g., ISO, MDD/MDR, CFR). Experience working on alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions. Experience with experimental design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics. Understanding of statistics and AI techniques, ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills.
