Key Responsibilities Work with large, complex, and dynamic datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions quickly Design and implement ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or processes that pull data from multiple sources and bring it together in one table Develop data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of changes and special business challenges Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a regular basis and establish credibility with stakeholders Analyze stakeholder needs and work with them to share relevant data and insights Influence scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting, such as screen captures, metrics prioritization, and anomaly detection Document processes and share knowledge with colleagues, and mentor peers as you become a Subject Matter Expert Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics) Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity Creativity and a customer experience focus to develop meaningful dashboards and visualizations Business operations familiarity, with the ability to understand and root cause business issues Supply chain background, preferably with transportation experience Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally Preferred Qualifications Advanced experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Experience with e-commerce operations or package carrier operations Experience with Python or other scripting languages Experience with data manipulation tools, such as Knime, Alteryx, R, or Tableau Prep What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that encourages growth and development.
