You will work with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions. Your analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate complex ideas simply will be essential in this role. **Key Responsibilities** * Convey data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders in the space of paid media * Plan and develop/lead the improvement of examination, BI, and data science projects determined to upgrade perceptible paid media and further developing advertising efficiencies * Work with paid media data science team and marketing teams on carrying out media blend models * Direct special projects through database querying, followed by smart understanding of results and the plan and communication of suggestions that drive action * Collaborate with marketing, finance, and product teams to handle business challenges, and track marketing and product performance with a data-driven approach * Influence Organized Query Language (SQL), MicroStrategy, Tableau, Power BI, and other data analysis tools to create and maintain planned and Ad-hoc reports * Examine data to identify business issues and lead in-depth dives to perform root cause analysis * Collaborate with partners to use data (internal data from Amazon and external data from market research and marketing organizations) and address complex business challenges by conveying significant insights * Conceptualize and run investigations that produce insights on customer behavior and customer needs to help further develop and improve our value proposition **Essential Capabilities** * Experience in the space of Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or Consulting in an e-commerce climate or related field * High-level SQL experience * High-level involvement in at least one industry data analysis and measurement perception tool (e.g. Tableau/QuickSight/Power BI) * Master in Power BI with a demonstrated history * Degree in data science, business, finance, data engineering, statistics, mathematics, or other related field **Preferred Capabilities** * You enjoy working in a team of highly connected people * You have an interest in numbers, data, and metrics, but also in conveying significant analysis of high quality * Strong inclination for action, highly organized, and ability to complete tasks and projects with little direction and tight deadlines * Fantastic communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with both business leadership and technical teams effectively * Experience with enrollment, membership-based, or media content organizations * Experience with and/or interest to learn more on state-of-the-art data science approaches * Programming languages: knowledge of Python * Knowledge of other programming languages, such as Java or C#, or of statistical programming languages like R or SAS * Knowledge of Adobe Analytics **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off * Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
