As a Key Information Researcher in our team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters creativity, experimentation, and growth. **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Collaborating with internal partners to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models that enhance visitor experiences across Disney Encounters (DX) * Working closely with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions * Leading and contributing to the development of machine learning pipelines, data preprocessing, and feature engineering * Designing and implementing data visualization dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency * Managing and maintaining the functional support and upkeep of ML-related products and services delivered by the team * Building and maintaining standard techniques used in everyday tasks and working with specialty units to plan, design, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space * Productionizing ML models in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, and other areas, and assessing their performance on real-world datasets **Essential Qualifications and Abilities** * 2+ years of experience in Python and predictive modeling, with experience in frameworks such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc. * 2+ years of experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP * Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Agile programming methodologies * Master's level experience in structured and unstructured data (e.g., images, video, text, etc.) and SQL social and non-social datasets * 2+ years of experience with Windstream or another data workflow management tool * Experience with version control systems like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines * Experience in driving discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and develop solutions * Strong systems integration engineering skills, with the ability to transform new technology into business solutions **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with Docker * Experience with control frameworks * Experience with Kubernetes * Experience with cloud platforms in GCP or another cloud platform * Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence * Experience with Agile development methodologies * Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment * Experience with data representation and data validation tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau) * Experience with audio analysis * Experience with text analysis **Education** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field * Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (desired) **What We Offer** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a talented team of professionals, and contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for millions of visitors worldwide.
