Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join our team remotely. As a Customer Support Specialist at Blithequark, you will become an expert in using our software, providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and ensuring excellent service and high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via email, phone, or chat, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries. Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the Blithequark software, collaborating with the development team when necessary. Identify and document bugs or issues in the Blithequark software, contributing to its continuous improvement. Develop technical documentation for internal and external use, enhancing the user experience and knowledge base. Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution, maintaining high standards of service quality. What Makes You a Great Fit? To excel in this role, you should possess: At least 2 years of experience in technical customer support or a similar role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Experience with CRM and customer support software such as Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk, and cloud-based software and platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
