With a strong focus on customer experience, we're committed to delivering exceptional results that exceed our customers' expectations. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced and innovative individual to join our team as a Full Stack Customer Support Specialist. As a key member of our CSO's most critical new Deals Enablement program, you'll be responsible for driving customer experience and content development initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Channel Projects Advancement and Customer Deals Enablement, to deliver exceptional results that meet our customers' needs. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement customer experience strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction * Collaborate with program leaders to map out the customer journey and identify opportunities for improvement * Orchestrate content from various sources to create engaging and effective customer experiences * Foster a style guide and maintain a library of all arenaflex content, monitoring performance and making recommendations for improvement * Participate in fast prototyping and testing to ensure seamless customer experiences * Develop cool arrangements with our IT and Product Supervisory crews to drive sales, improve customer experience, and drive business growth **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, customer experience) * 8+ years of experience working with content development teams and local partners, with a strong focus on geo-specific initiatives * Deep experience in customer experience optimization through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales * Immense understanding of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications * Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform complex metric customer experience data into actionable content strategies * Past experience with customer service tools to impact front-and back-end solutions; Adobe Experience Director is a plus * Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a willingness to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High level of morals, values, integrity, and trust **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, customer experience) * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders * Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Experience with customer experience metrics and analytics tools * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders * Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Experience with customer experience metrics and analytics tools * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
