**Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist – Global Operations and Client Experience**

This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of arenaflex's customer support operations, driving quality enhancements, and ensuring exceptional client experiences across our global network. **About the Job** As a Director, Client Experience Partner Success, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of arenaflex's global network of customer support centers, working closely with our help partners (BPOs) to ensure their quality meets arenaflex's standards, including First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). You will report directly to arenaflex's Senior Director, Client Experience Partner Success, and will be based in one of our main offices or work remotely with the right fit. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement quality monitoring programs that drive quantifiable improvements in performance metrics and efficiency * Collaborate with training and content teams to establish consistency with new launches, processes, and strategies * Maintain quality performance across multiple locations within an aligned objective framework * Perform business audits with Help Partner Groups to identify areas for improvement * Identify, suggest, and implement process and project enhancements * Work cross-functionally to identify opportunities for arenaflex to improve its business by understanding client needs and trends * Other activities assigned by management or on a case-by-case basis **Travel Requirements** This role may require up to 20% travel (domestic and international). **Why We're Excited About You** * You have a Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business fields or four years of work experience in quantitative or business areas * You have a proven track record of driving quality enhancements and performance improvements across multiple customer support centers * You are analytical and data-driven, with experience refining large datasets to actionable insights – data analysis is your specialty * You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner * You are detail-oriented and efficient, with strong organizational and time management skills * You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment and can handle multiple deadlines simultaneously * You have a growth mindset, focusing on quality, yield-driven, proactive, and continuously driving yourself to improve **About arenaflex** At arenaflex, our mission is to empower local economies by connecting people and businesses through our platform.
