Your passion for delivering outstanding service will shine through in every interaction, making you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Premium Services Representative, your primary duties will include: * Providing exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Registering clients and verifying their access to clubs and lounges * Welcoming clients with a warm smile, offering refreshments, and providing a seamless experience * Booking and confirming flight reservations using our semi-automated business audit climate (SABRE) and Qantas Wise Keypad (QIK) * Checking in premium clients for their flights, handling changes, rebooking, and identification checks * Monitoring flights to identify delays, cancellations, or disruptions, and providing timely assistance to clients * Issuing client tickets, dropping traveler reservations, and adding clients to priority lists * Resolving client issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to higher-level support teams when necessary * Archiving client issues in the traveler name record (PNR) * Performing club enrollment or sales activities, such as Admirals Club and credit card enrollments * Coordinating services for top-tier clients, including Attendant Key and Five Star programs * Assisting clients with their luggage, as needed * Maintaining the presence of lounges or clubs, conducting walk-throughs, and ensuring cleanliness * Communicating with colleagues to ensure food and beverages are provided to club and lounge clients consistently * Supervising the activities of colleagues providing services, such as catering and sanitation, to clubs and lounges * Assisting clients with technology provided in clubs or lounges * Holding meeting rooms for same-day travel requests * Coordinating services for meetings happening in meeting rooms, including food and beverages * Completing open or close procedures for clubs and lounges * Addressing heightened client issues or concerns * Directing alcohol stock reviews with drink colleagues (at certain airports) * Screening KeyStar system to organize proper services for clients (e.g., government officials, OneWorld, Attendant Key, Five Star) (at certain airports) * Reporting to your station on time, as scheduled, and at your allocated station or area, including required overtime, varying shifts, weekends, and holidays **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll require: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field * Bilingual language skills, depending on the location * Ability to pass FAA background checks to qualify for unescorted access to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable * Ability to obtain airport power and US Customs security identification, if relevant * Exceptional customer service and commitment to delivering outstanding experiences * Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide close attention to detail and customer care * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with all levels of management and public contact * Service-oriented and self-motivated, with a high level of initiative * Willingness to attend training courses in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas * Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry * PC experience, preferably with airline systems * Strong organizational and regulatory skills * Ability to work irregular and extended hours, including weekends and holidays * Willingness to work on a regular and flexible basis **What You'll Get** As a Premium Services Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy: * Competitive hourly rate of $26 * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, prescription, and vision coverage, starting on your first day * Health programs to help you stay well and achieve your goals * 401(k) program, with employer contributions available after one year * Additional benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, travel, and more * Opportunities for growth and development, with training and support to help you succeed * A dynamic and inclusive work environment, where you can be yourself and thrive **Join the blithequark Family** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a workplace that values diversity, inclusivity, and exceptional customer service.
