As a Customer Support Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the world of cloud computing. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Engineer to join our Cloud Security Solutions team. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with our Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve technical issues, and develop strategic partnerships. If you have a strong background in cloud security, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include: * Working with Security Sales and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve technical issues, and develop strategic partnerships * Maintaining high levels of technical knowledge and staying up-to-date with Google Cloud Security products and services * Supporting Google Cloud Security opportunities and relationships by being responsible for technical aspects of deals, including delivering compelling technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concepts, and demos to clients, partners, and Google Cloud stakeholders * Planning and delivering product messaging to feature our solution value using strategies including whiteboard and slide presentations, product showcases, white papers, trial management, and request for information response documents * Attending client sites, meetings, and other related events, where applicable **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field * At least 2 years of experience working with security or cloud local models in a customer-facing or technical sales engineering role * Experience in network security matters, such as threat detection, malware knowledge, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management frameworks * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver technical presentations and product briefings to clients and partners * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions * Experience working with cloud security products and services, such as Google Cloud Security, AWS Security, or Azure Security * Strong understanding of cloud security concepts, including threat detection, incident response, and security posture management * Experience working with clients at the C-Level, Security Leaders, Cloud Security Architects, and Security Experts, using both technical and business skills to drive projects forward * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Postgraduate education in a relevant field, such as Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field * Certification in Cloud or Security industry, such as Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Security Engineer or CompTIA Security+ * Experience working with big business security arrangements, such as threat detection and hunting, malware knowledge, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management frameworks * Strong understanding of market trends in the cloud security industry, including ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, and other emerging threats * Excellent critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver compelling technical presentations and product briefings to clients and partners **What We Offer** As a Customer Support Engineer at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
