You'll lead a team of support experts, develop and execute customer service strategies, and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. If you're a results-driven leader with a passion for customer-centricity, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer Service Strategy**: Develop and execute customer service strategies that align with our organization's overall goals and objectives. * **Team Leadership**: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing customer service team. Set performance objectives, conduct regular performance assessments, and provide guidance and feedback to team members. * **Customer Loyalty and Retention**: Drive initiatives to ensure exceptional customer loyalty and standards for reliability.
