At arenaflex, we are committed to creating a culture of career advancement, development, and growth opportunities for our employees. **Job Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative – Retention Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Handling a high volume of incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel their services * Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services * Providing award-winning customer experiences that increase brand loyalty and retain customers for the long term * Utilizing sales and customer service experience to persuade and upsell customers * Escalating calls and resolving customer concerns in a professional and empathetic manner * Retaining long-term business for arenaflex through customer service commitments * Using proven problem-solving skills to quickly identify the cause of a cancellation request and create quick calculations to work with the customer to negotiate the right solution * Consistently improving performance and achieving sales targets * Maintaining knowledge of arenaflex policies, products, services, and systems as well as knowledge of the wireless industry, service capabilities, and other security companies **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of experience in sales, customer retention, customer experience, and retaining customers' loyalty to a product or service * High school diploma, GED, college degree, or some college experience * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work with numerous screens and programs open to help resolve customer issues * Experience in interpreting contracts and communicating terms and conditions * Active listening and negotiation skills * Ability to multitask and use several tools to help retain customers and make them customers for life **Training and Development** arenaflex is committed to providing our employees with the training and development they need to succeed in their roles.
