Assist customers with navigating online portals and tools, ensuring a seamless user experience. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner, escalating issues as needed. Maintain an elevated level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions, adhering to our high standards of customer service. Meet or exceed performance objectives for productivity and quality, striving for continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Strong customer service orientation, with a proven ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions. Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently, with basic computer skills and experience with online tools. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with a high volume of customer inquiries. Preferred Qualifications Related experience in customer care or call center environment preferred, but not required. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software, with ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and tools.
