Our company culture is built on a foundation of teamwork, integrity, and a customer-centric approach that sets us apart from the rest. **In This Role, You Will:** * Provide exceptional customer service by handling teller transactions, sharing electronic documents, and making referrals to other agents * Complete valuable tasks while minimizing risks under established procedures * Perform routine value-based, functional, and customer care tasks through knowledge of bank products and services, as well as extras across the relationship * Receive guidance from supervisors and exercise judgment within defined plans and procedures * Escalate issues to more refined positions * Interact with customers and colleagues to demonstrate empathy, build relationships, and complete referred-to transactions * Recognize data and opportunities to meet customers' financial needs **Required Qualifications:** * 1+ years of experience interacting with customers, or demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education * 1+ year of experience collaborating with customers, demonstrated through work experience * The ability to assist customers with experience managing complex transactions across various channels * The ability to educate and relate customers to the value of flexible financial choices * The ability to interact with fairness and exceptional skill with customers and colleagues * Experience working with others on a team to address customer issues * Cash management experience * The ability to follow procedures, methods, and rules * The ability to recognize potential errors/dangerous records and take a proactive approach to prevent the occurrence * Useful, flexible, and willing to adapt to a dynamic environment * The ability to exercise judgment, escalate issues with supervisors, and adhere to policy rules * Fitting military experience, recalling working for faculty, managing military staff requests or advances, wartime planning efforts, HR or military recruiting * The ability to proactively gather, gain, assemble, and remain mindful of relationships with customers and colleagues **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a financial services industry * Knowledge of bank products and services, as well as extras across the relationship * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues * The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Experience with technology, including computer software and hardware, and the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
