Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
