Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus. Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Problem-Solving and Multitasking: Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Technology Skills: Comfortable using technology and learning new tools quickly; ability to adapt to new software and systems. Flexibility: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays; ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
