Assist passengers with booking flights , changing reservations, and managing travel itineraries, providing accurate information and personalized support to meet their needs. Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, policies, and procedures, ensuring that passengers have the information they need to make informed decisions. Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Blithequark products, services, and loyalty programs, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and enhancements. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service to meet customer needs, ensuring that all interactions are consistent with Blithequark's values and standards. Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and achieve performance targets, working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Essential Qualifications Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with passengers and colleagues. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others, demonstrated through previous experience in customer-facing roles. Ability to multitask , prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple interactions simultaneously. Proficiency in computer applications and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously, with experience in software applications and tools.
