Our mission is to empower individuals to live their best lives, and we're seeking talented customer service professionals to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you will be the face of blithequark, providing empathetic and solution-focused support to our clients and their loved ones. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your own equipment, to deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed expectations. This is a full-time, remote position with a 40-hour workweek schedule, and you will be required to work a shift between 7am-11pm EST, including weekends and holidays. **Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner * Provide accurate and up-to-date information about blithequark's services and policies * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and internet-based applications * Reliable high-speed internet connection (at least 50 Mbps download) and a dedicated workspace * Ability to pass a background check and drug test * Bilingual candidates (Spanish or Creole) are eligible for a higher hourly rate **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working with diverse populations and cultures **Technical Equipment Requirements** * Laptop or desktop computer with Windows 11, at least 8GB of RAM, and a CPU speed of 1.67 GHz or higher * Wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi) * USB headset * Internet speed of at least 50 Mbps download * Dedicated workspace free from distractions **Training and Onboarding** * 10 initial days of training at the beginning of the assignment (9AM-6PM, approximately) * Training will cover blithequark's policies, procedures, and systems * You will be required to attend all training sessions to secure the position **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive hourly rate ($17-$18 per hour, depending on language proficiency) * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive training and development programs * Flexible scheduling and remote work arrangements * Access to major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay (for temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer) * EEO/AA Employer/Vet/Disabled * Reasonable accommodations provided for individuals with disabilities **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
