You'll connect with, counsel, and educate individuals about their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of arenaflex plans, tools, and resources. Your goal will be to guide individuals along a path to wellness, resolving complex issues and providing exceptional support. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Utilize our customer support platform to make informed decisions and resolve part issues * Process claim references, new case handoffs, nurse surveys, complaints (part/supplier), and requests (part/supplier) through our target framework * Teach suppliers about our self-service options and assist with credentialing and re-credentialing issues * Answer demands received from arenaflex's Regulation Record Place regarding litigation; claims; and handles broad document audit demands * Aid in the preparation of protest pattern reports and help with incorporating claim information for client reviews * Determine clinical needs, relevant inclusion arrangements, and checks part plan qualification concerning approaching correspondence and internal references * Handle approaching solicitations for requests and pre-approvals not handled by Clinical Case Management * Perform a review of part claim history to ensure accurate following of benefit maximums and coinsurance/deductible * Perform financial data support as needed * Utilize pertinent system tools and assets to create quality letters and calculation sheets in response to requests **Required Capabilities** * Customer service experience in a transactional environment, such as a call center or retail store, demonstrating the ability to be empathetic and compassionate * Ability to perform multiple tasks to efficiently achieve responsibilities * Understanding of clinical terminology * Proficient oral and written communication skills * Proficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook * Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Technical skills * Critical thinking skills * Empathy and accuracy **Logical Abilities** This pay range addresses the base hourly rate or base yearly full-time compensation for all situations in the job grade within which this position falls.
