Our 20+ Representative Business Asset Gatherings are designed to connect our colleagues to our clients, providers, networks, and investors, helping them reach their full potential and establish a comprehensive workplace to address and surpass the challenges of our diverse world. **Why You'll Love This Role** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to: * Connect with clients in a polite, professional, and courteous manner * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported throughout their travel experience * Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease and efficiency * Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence and innovation * Develop your skills and expertise through ongoing training and development programs, ensuring you stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies **Key Responsibilities** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Welcoming clients at the airport or ticket counter, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience * Screening the ticket counter area to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures * Assisting clients with self-service kiosks and booth operations, including printing tickets and receipts * Adjusting and maintaining booth equipment, such as loading paper and cleaning surfaces * Investigating booth technology issues to identify causes and resolve problems * Collaborating with IT to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless operations * Confirming that clients' carry-on items comply with FAA and arenaflex policies * Confirming and clearing travel documents, such as passports and visas, for international travelers * Assisting clients with checked baggage handling, including processing visa exchanges and self-labeling * Managing lines in ticket counter areas, prioritizing flights and types of assistance required * Accepting and activating clients' self-labeled items at the activation station * Moving items throughout the ticket counter area, including transporting checked bags to the belt and oversized items to designated areas * Assisting clients with checking their assistive devices, sporting equipment, and other oversized items * Referencing clients to customer care specialists when necessary * Performing clearance and check of documents at booths * Assisting non-ambulatory clients with boarding, deplaning, or moving throughout the airport and terminal area * Helping unaccompanied minors with boarding, deplaning, or other transportation * Providing clients with gate information and directions * Performing paging exercises, such as reporting forgotten items or requesting clients to return to locked bags (at certain airports) * Performing additional related duties as deemed functionally significant by management, in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you will need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, or a GED or international equivalent * Be at least 18 years old * Read, write, speak, and understand the English language * Bilingual language skills may be required in certain areas * A valid driver's license, as required by local authorities * Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, or fingerprinting to meet organization and security requirements * Satisfy FAA criminal background investigations to qualify for unescorted access to airport security ID display areas (SIDA), if applicable * Be approved to work in the U.S. **Preferred Qualifications** * Working knowledge of Sabre or other Traveler Service Systems * Previous face-to-face customer service experience * Working in a high-speed environment **Why arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we strive to create a workplace that reflects the diversity of our clients and communities.
