**Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Airline Industry Work From Home Part Time Opportunity**

You'll be the face of our airline, providing exceptional service and ensuring that every interaction is a memorable one. **What You'll Do** Here are the key responsibilities of the role: * Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets * Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations * Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations * Perform traveler check-in and boarding tasks (excluding curbside), amend oversold seat assignments, and issue updates * Issue vouchers and coordinate with vendors for traveler hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation; coordinate refueling and reactivation * Perform traveler loading, including ticket lift as well as ticket lift/check * Operate gate readers/scanners and related tasks to include pre-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items and departure gate models * Operate jetways/bridges for the purpose of boarding and deplaning travelers * Make boarding and departure gate announcements * Convey domestic/international flight reports * Perform traveler service flight close-out procedures * Accept, check, and label travelers' baggage at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and premium ticket counters * Maintain the schedule of the flight boarding process * Perform customer service hands-on training * Process and complete credit card baggage transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Assist travelers with self-service kiosk check-in and bag handling at ticket counters * Manage lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters * Clear/confirm international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations * Accept and activate travelers' self-labeled bags at activation stations * Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assist boarding, deplaning, and transporting non-ambulatory travelers, special assistance travelers, as well as unaccompanied minors * Perform customer service work related to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements * Have regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any mandatory overtime requirements. * Answer and assist during security or potential crisis situations * Provide gate information to travelers * Provide quality customer service in a professional manner and in accordance with blithequark's standards. * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and execution guidelines. * Follow through with task-related stages of preparation * Comply with applicable laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA) * Utilize various internal resources/frameworks including during customer interactions * Wear uniforms as required by company policy * Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities. * Depending on your airport size, you may also perform the following: * Perform Passenger Activity Control capabilities including air to ground communication along with Peak capabilities * Assist international travelers through customs/migration, including baggage reverify * Convey tickets, international flight reports, and customs/migration forms **All You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll require: * Minimum Qualifications: + Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalent + Language skills: Bilingual language skills may be required in certain locations + Valid driver's license as required by local authorities + Should meet FAA criminal background investigations to qualify for unescorted access badges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable + Should be able to obtain suitable airport authority or US Customs security badges, if relevant + Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements + Should be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor's degree or higher + Experience: Working knowledge of Sabre or other Passenger Service Systems + Previous face-to-face customer service experience + Working in a fast-paced environment **What You'll Get** As a valued member of the blithequark team, you'll enjoy: * Travel Benefits: Ready to explore the world?
