Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, promoting and selling air journeys, and ensuring seamless interactions with our passengers and customers. Key Responsibilities Interact with clients in a courteous, efficient, pleasant, and expert manner, providing exceptional customer service and support. Promote and sell air journeys to the traveling public or freight forwarders, meeting sales targets and contributing to business growth. Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance, ensuring smooth and efficient airport operations. Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and global journeys or shipment shipments, staying up-to-date with regulatory changes. Meet and dispatch planes within set-up times, ensuring timely departures and arrivals. Provide assistance to troubled passengers and clients, resolving issues and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Protect business enterprise assets and revenue, maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability. Possess the physical capability and dexterity to apply motor skills to perform various job-associated duties, including lifting, bending, and standing. Use organizational skills to perform multiple duties within a restricted time period, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. Be self-motivated and require minimum supervision, working independently and as part of a team. Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures. Follow internal and outside regulations and procedures, staying compliant with industry standards and best practices. May be required to drive and perform air stairs as much as diverse kinds of planes to enplane and deplane passengers. Responsible for the overall performance within the work area and may be required to guide and direct the work of other employees. May be required to carry out Passenger Operation Control capabilities, including air-to-ground communication and Tower functions. Requirements and Qualifications Education and Experience High school degree or GED required. Read, write, fluently talk, and recognize the English language. Bilingual language abilities are required in some locations. Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities. Security Clearances and Certifications Must satisfy FAA crook heritage exams to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport safety identity show areas (SIDA), if applicable. Must be capable of securing suitable airport authority and/or US Customs safety badges, if applicable. Work Schedule and Availability Ability to work abnormal and/or prolonged hours, including weekends and holidays. Must commit to working on a regular and timely basis.
