Job Summary We're looking for an experienced Customer Experience Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Experience Engineer, you will be responsible for researching and testing operating systems-level software compilers, network distribution software, and planning, architecting, deploying, or supporting complex client/server or base software systems. You will also establish standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes, develop implementation, validation, and rollback plans, and lead investigations of problems using standard and custom problem management tools and processes. Key Responsibilities Research and test operating systems-level software compilers, and network distribution software Plan, architect, deploy, or support complex client/server or base software systems Set operational specifications and formulate and analyze software requirements Establish standards for design, architecture, and recovery processes that result in comprehensive, scalable recovery plans across multiple groups and services Develop or contribute to creating implementation, validation, and rollback plans Lead investigations of problems using standard and custom problem management tools and processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies Requirements Education A Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics, or a related field is required. Experience 12 months of experience providing customer technical readiness, delivery support services, on-premise and remote technical support, solution development, and account management is required. Specific Skills The following skills are essential for this role: 12 months of experience in Azure 12 months of experience in Azure Services 12 months of experience in CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) 12 months of experience in SQL Server 12 months of experience in Linux 12 months of experience in Kubernetes What We Offer Compensation We offer a competitive salary range of $128,502 to $158,502 per year, depending on experience and location.
