Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge - Remote Chat Professional to join our team at blithequark. As a Chat Professional, you will be the face of blithequark to our premium clients, providing exceptional support and services that exceed their expectations. You'll work as part of a dynamic team to deliver personalized solutions, build brand loyalty, and drive client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional support to premium clients through chat interactions, providing proactive solutions and addressing their needs and concerns. Be the ambassador of blithequark, representing our brand values and promise to deliver outstanding client experiences. Utilize your expertise to provide travel, card, and lifestyle suggestions, as well as travel counsel and reservation assistance. Collaborate with internal partners to accommodate client needs and provide seamless experiences. Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and understanding in all interactions with clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve client experiences. Work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure client needs are met. Essential Qualifications: At least 1 year of recent experience in adjusting premium clients, preferably in a customer-facing role. Experience in the travel industry, hospitality, or a related field, including reservation experience. Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to charm clients in every interaction. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience. Proficiency in using technology platforms, including chat software and other tools. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools. Certifications or training in customer service, hospitality, or a related field.
