Job Summary As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide outstanding support to ensure a seamless travel experience. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in communication, have a passion for customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, reservations, and policies Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and travel regulations Requirements Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or airline environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in computer systems and technology Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field Previous experience in the airline industry Certification in customer service or a related field Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
