Your key responsibilities will include: * Service inbound calls and engage with small business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs and recommend the right arenaflex products * Deliver high levels of product and service knowledge to clearly communicate the benefits and features of arenaflex Small Business Services * Continuously improve key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales * Provide extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment * Document necessary account information according to established policies and procedures * Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to servicing and sales practices **Minimum Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication * Proven success in a customer service and sales environment (2+ years) * Ability to work in a fast-paced metric-driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment * High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available * Availability to work Monday-Sunday, 7:00 am EST - 1:00 am EST **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience owning or working in a small business is a plus **Work Environment and Culture** This position will work in a hybrid model from our Phoenix Desert Ridge Service Center. Based on business needs, training may be held 100% on site or virtually.
