Job Summary As a Creative at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in our retail stores, leading scheduled training sessions, and interacting with customers to help them get the most out of their devices. You'll use your presentation skills to facilitate learning, listen actively to customers' needs, and adjust your teaching style to meet their individual skill levels. Your goal will be to empower customers to create something wonderful, whether they're first-time users or longtime loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead scheduled training sessions for small groups and individuals, teaching customers how to use Blithequark devices and software Interact with customers between sessions, answering questions, and providing support as needed Develop and deliver engaging presentations that cater to different learning styles and skill levels Listen actively to customers' needs, and adjust your teaching style to meet their individual requirements Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and empathy, ensuring that all customers feel welcome and supported Collaborate with teammates to provide exceptional customer service and support Stay up-to-date with Blithequark's products, services, and features, and share this knowledge with customers and teammates Contribute to the development of in-store programs and events that promote learning and creativity Essential Qualifications: To succeed as a Creative at Blithequark, you'll need: A passion for education and a talent for teaching others Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to work with diverse groups of people, including customers and teammates A commitment to inclusivity, respect, and empathy Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment Preferred Qualifications: We'd love to see the following skills and experiences: Experience in education, training, or customer support Knowledge of Blithequark devices and software (or similar technology) Ability to teach small groups and multiple customers simultaneously Tenacity to work with users to help them get the most out of their devices Contribution to an inclusive environment through respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn Demonstration of Blithequark's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities Comfortable selling as well as teaching, helping team members out as needed Self-motivated and self-directed, with the ability to adhere to a tightly structured training schedule Adept at recommending other in-store support options, such as business services and the Genius Bar Flexibility with your schedule, with work hours based on business needs Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
