Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Manager to lead the design and production of live experiences at Netflix House. As a Creative Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the creative vision for our live experiences, including events, exhibitions, and interactive installations. You'll work closely with our project team to ensure seamless execution and deliver high-quality experiences that exceed our visitors' expectations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the project lead to develop and execute the creative vision for Netflix House, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and goals. Lead the design and production of live experiences, including events, exhibitions, and interactive installations, from concept to completion. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, events, and retail, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and experiences. Conduct research and benchmarking to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live events and experiential design. Lead and manage a team of designers, producers, and vendors to deliver high-quality experiences. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including designers, producers, and vendors. What We Need From You 10+ years of experience in live event or experiential design, with a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects. Portfolio that showcases your expertise in live event design, production, and management. Strong understanding of brand strategy and how live experiences can be used to drive brand engagement. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience with design and production software, such as Autodesk, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
