About the Role We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Clinical Customer Care Staff Pharmacist to join our remote team. As a key member of our Clinical Customer Care team, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert clinical guidance, and resolving complex issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Job Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Provide clinical guidance to customers over the phone and via email, addressing issues related to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling, and drug omission counseling. Outreach and Support: Respond to voicemails left overnight for clinical issues, and support Customer Care and Clinical Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that require immediate attention. Research and Ticket Resolution: Research and complete customer requests via Zendesk tickets, including approving packet sets, adjusting shipping facilities, responding to customer emails, and addressing callback requests. Quality and Compliance: Investigate, report, and address potential Quality Related Events and PHI breaches, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. Product Recommendations: Research and recommend OTC products for customers, providing personalized solutions to meet their needs. Issue Resolution: Address clinical complaints, and complete miscellaneous tasks as needed, including prescription transfers, speaking with medical offices, verifying prescriptions, and completing billing-related tasks. Knowledge and Expertise: Maintain an advanced understanding of all PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy policies, procedures, products, and services. Confidentiality and Collaboration: Maintain confidentiality of all customer information, and collaborate with teammates and other overnight teams to ensure seamless communication and support. Essential Qualifications Active Pharmacist License: Hold an active Registered Pharmacist license with the AZ Board of Pharmacy, and reside in the state of Arizona. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree: Possess a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent. Experience: Have at least 1+ years of experience in a retail or mail-order pharmacy setting. Strong Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, including professional written and verbal communication. Clinical Expertise: Possess the ability to apply clinical knowledge to customer situations in real-time, and provide out-of-the-box solutions to complex issues. Adaptability and Flexibility: Be able to work autonomously, proactively identify areas for improvement, and adapt to changing demands and priorities. Preferred Qualifications Active Pharmacist License in Multiple States: Hold active Pharmacist licenses in multiple states, including NH and HI. Experience in Clinical Customer Care: Have experience in clinical customer care, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving complex issues. Knowledge of Pharmacy Systems: Possess knowledge of multiple pharmacy systems, including PillPack and Amazon Pharmacy. Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with teammates and other overnight teams to achieve shared goals. Skills and Competencies Clinical Knowledge: Possess advanced clinical knowledge, including pharmacology, therapeutics, and pharmacy practice. Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and colleagues. Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide creative solutions.
