Assist gig workers in navigating the blithequark platform and troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience. Actively promote the benefits and features of blithequark to gig workers to encourage engagement and participation, driving growth and adoption. Document and escalate complex or unresolved queries to the appropriate departments for further assistance, ensuring that gig workers receive the support they need. Essential Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a customer support agent or similar role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry, with a track record of delivering exceptional service and support. Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both in writing and in conversation. Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills , with the ability to navigate between multiple chat conversations efficiently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
