Key Responsibilities Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer experiences and turning chats into valuable leads Represent our automotive dealer clients favorably, showcasing their products and services to customers Utilize your gaming experience and online communication skills to build rapport with customers and drive business results Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple conversations simultaneously and meeting productivity targets Collaborate with colleagues and management to continuously improve processes and drive business results Requirements Essential Qualifications Must live within the state of Iowa Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher) Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions - this is a remote position Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred Preferred Qualifications Gaming experience is preferred Previous experience in customer service or online chat support Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets Skills and Competencies To succeed as a chat operator with blithequark, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
