**Experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist for Walgreens Remote Operations**

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative to join our Walgreens team, working remotely from Orlando, USA. As a key member of our data entry and customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch support to our clients and patients, while also contributing to the success of our organization. Work Outline As a Full Stack Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including: * Processing patient information and enrollment in accordance with state and government guidelines * Handling high-volume customer calls, emails, and messages in a professional and courteous manner * Utilizing Walgreens' remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and enter data into our systems * Investigating and resolving missing medication data and deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes) * Settling all data entry-related exceptions and resolving patient medication demands within HIPAA guidelines * Handling correspondence with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders on a case-by-case basis * Resolving external outliers by surveying, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities * Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as needed Essential Capabilities To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities: * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a web browser + Writing URLs in the correct location + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms * Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 25 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing records * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years of age or older Favored Capabilities While not required, the following favored capabilities will make you a strong candidate for this role: * At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills, including: + Typing at least 35 words per minute + Typing by memory + Organizing records * Familiarity with Spanish and English About Walgreens Boots Alliance Walgreens www.walgreens.com is part of the U.S. Retail Pharmacy and U.S. Healthcare segments of Walgreens Boots Alliance, Inc.
