Our commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction has earned us a reputation as a trusted partner in the healthcare industry. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include: * Processing patient and medication data accurately and efficiently using blithequark's proprietary systems * Handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service * Investigating and resolving missing medication data, deciphering clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settling information section-related exceptions * Communicating with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person visits * Collaborating with senior-level staff to identify and resolve complex issues * Maintaining a dynamic and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize blithequark's remedy information entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering data into a suitable system * Handle patient medication demands within HIPAA guidelines and enter top-off orders for processing * Investigate and resolve missing medication data, decipher clinical truncations (SIG codes), and settle information section-related exceptions * Handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis * Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement necessities * Provide support to pharmacists, both those in the office and those in other areas, and identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as necessary **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Essential level computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Essential web browsing skills, including: + Opening a program + Composing URLs in the correct location + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing forms online * Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records) * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally * 18 years old or older **Preferred Qualifications** * At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction * Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records) * Familiarity with Spanish and English **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Generous paid time off and holidays * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
