This ensures that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention. * **Remote BCBA Telehealth**: We offer remote BCBA telehealth services, allowing us to reach clients in a variety of locations and environments. **What You’ll Do** As an experienced BCBA with Attentive Autism Care, you will have the opportunity to design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for our clients. Your responsibilities will include: * **Designing and implementing behavior-analytic programs**: You will work with our team to create personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client. * **Overseeing the implementation of behavior-analytic programs**: You will supervise our Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) team and ensure that our clients receive the highest level of care. * **Conducting assessments**: You will conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention, including preference assessments, functional assessments, and staff performance assessments. * **Supervising others seeking BCBA certification**: You will provide guidance and support to our team members who are seeking BCBA certification. * **Analyzing and summarizing results**: You will analyze and summarize the results of assessments and graphs, as needed. * **Providing staff and caregiver training**: You will provide training to our staff and caregivers on behavior-analytic techniques and strategies. * **Creating goals for skill generalization**: You will work with our team to create goals for skill generalization and ensure that our clients are making progress towards their goals. * **Assisting with behavior deceleration plans**: You will assist with creating and implementing behavior deceleration plans for our clients. * **Creating or updating data collection systems**: You will create or update data collection systems to track client progress and ensure that our team has the information they need to make informed decisions. * **Answering questions and providing support**: You will be available to answer questions from our technicians and provide support as needed. * **Completing and submitting documentation**: You will complete and submit documentation in a timely manner to our billing agency. **Education, Experience, and Other Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must have: * **Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis**: You must have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field. * **BCBA certification**: You must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). * **2 years of experience in the ABA field**: While not required, 2 years of experience in the ABA field is preferred. * **Clean background/drug screenings and driving record**: You must have a clean background, pass a drug screening, and have a valid driving record. **Benefits** As a BCBA with Attentive Autism Care, you will enjoy a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including: * **Flexible schedule**: You will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work at a pace that suits your needs. * **Referral program**: You will be eligible for our referral program, which rewards you for referring qualified candidates to our team. * **Bonus opportunities**: You will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on your performance and contributions to our team. * **Flexible work environment**: You will have the flexibility to work from home or in our office, depending on your preferences. **Schedule** As a BCBA with Attentive Autism Care, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work at a pace that suits your needs.
