About the Role We're seeking an experienced and highly organized Assistant Editor/Production Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will work closely with our editors, post-production team, and other stakeholders to ensure that all content is processed and delivered on time and in the correct formats. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals in the entertainment industry, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about content creation and has a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Manage daily content workflows, including downloading, organizing, and delivering video assets for on-air promos and digital platforms. Coordinate the creation and distribution of deliverables (ProRes files, viewing files, social media assets with captions) to appropriate platforms and backup systems. Oversee file management on various servers and cloud systems and ensure assets are properly archived. Work with the post-production team to ensure that all deliverables meet broadcast standards and deadlines. Maintain communication with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of final deliverables. Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining the editorial calendar and other tracking documents. About You We're looking for someone with a strong background in television production, post-production, or media coordination. Here are some of the key qualifications we're looking for: Prior experience in television production, post-production, or media coordination preferred. 2+ years of professional video editorial experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere) and file management systems (e.g., Wiredrive, Nexis, Extreme Reach, G-Drive, Sharepoint). Understanding of frame rates, conversions, and codecs. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with broadcast and digital media workflows. Technical troubleshooting skills, particularly related to media asset delivery and management. Available to work long hours when needed, especially under tight deadlines.
