Job Highlights Company: ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages Position: Full Service Delivery Driver (CDL B) Location: Reading, PA (with opportunities for remote work) Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary of $16.50 per hour plus commission Job Summary The Full Service Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering products and filling vending machines at all points of availability with established accounts. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As a Full Service Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and representing our brand in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Check the accuracy and stability of the load to ensure safe and efficient delivery Deliver products and fill vending machines in a timely and courteous manner Merchandise machines and display and rotate products according to company standards Invoice and collect amounts due, settle accounts daily, and handle customer transactions with professionalism Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition, and follow proper procedures for handling damaged or returned products Maintain machine cleanliness, appearance, and all appropriate Point of Sales materials Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards Essential Qualifications 1-3 years of general work experience, with a focus on customer service, delivery, or related fields Commercial Driver's License (CDL B) and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred, with a focus on local delivery and navigation of busy parking lots Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, with a focus on safe and efficient handling of products Ability to work with minimal supervision, with a focus on independence, self-motivation, and accountability Preferred Qualifications Local delivery experience, with a focus on navigating local streets and interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner Experience delivering packaged goods within a local market area, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction Demonstrated understanding of how to check a load for accuracy and stability, with a focus on attention to detail and safety protocols Customer service and cash handling experience, with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy Skills and Competencies Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy Ability to work independently, with a focus on self-motivation, accountability, and attention to detail Basic math skills, with a focus on handling customer transactions and managing inventory Ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, with a focus on safe and efficient handling of products Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
