The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our SEO clients, managing their campaigns, and ensuring seamless communication. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for SEO clients and partners, addressing their concerns and providing excellent customer service. Represent blithequark and its SEO products with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Manage the implementation of SEO packages for clients, including scheduling regular meetings, providing on-site recommendations and changes, and distributing off-site work. Assign SEO tasks to the fulfillment department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and tailoring services to meet their expectations. What We Expect from You To be successful in this role, you should possess: At least six months of experience in customer service, preferably in a similar industry or role. Fluent spoken and written German skills, essential for effective communication with our clients. Good English skills for internal communication, ensuring seamless collaboration with the team. Proficiency in using standard Google tools such as Drive, Sheets, and Docs, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies. Excellent online communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively express thoughts and ideas. Creative and logical thinking, with the ability to work within time and quality standards, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results. Working Hours and Conditions This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere with a stable internet connection. The working hours are set from 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM (CEST), Monday to Friday, with no work required on weekends or holidays.
