Key Responsibilities Teach up to 24 participants through the Pure Barre experience, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for all clients. Plan and prepare diligently before each class, including studying choreography and class planning prior to each session. Learn full choreography changes on a quarterly basis, staying up-to-date with the latest Pure Barre routines. Assist with maintaining a tidy studio, ensuring a clean and organized environment for clients. Demonstrate high-energy and enthusiasm during classes, leading by example and motivating clients to push themselves. Lift hand weights and demonstrate full-body pushups as required, showcasing proper form and technique. Build client relationships through outstanding customer service, providing support and guidance to help clients achieve their fitness goals. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Fitness Instructor at Pure Barre Hendersonville, you'll need: An enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing personality, with a passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others. A strong work ethic and natural willingness to go above and beyond, ensuring exceptional client experiences. The ability to command a room of up to 20 people, providing clear guidance and instruction. Musicality and the ability to keep rhythm and count to the beat of music, enhancing the overall workout experience. A background in dance, fitness, cheerleading, or barre concept (ideal but not required), providing a solid foundation for teaching Pure Barre classes. A minimum of 50 Pure Barre classes taken, ensuring a deep understanding of our unique workout methodology. A commitment to completing a 4-day training at one of our corporate training centers, as well as significant 'at home' study and preparation for certification. A minimum one-year commitment to teaching Pure Barre classes, demonstrating your dedication to our brand and mission. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your application: Previous experience as a fitness instructor or in a related field, providing a strong foundation for teaching and leading classes. A degree in a related field, such as exercise science or dance, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge.
