Our commitment to a healthy work-life balance ensures that our employees can maintain a fulfilling personal and professional life. **Key Responsibilities** As an FNOL Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Receiving inbound calls from engineers, technicians, and other field operators reporting FNOL * Communicating effectively while entering data accurately into a customized database * Reporting underground damage to locate companies when applicable * Providing outstanding service to customer representatives * Analyzing photos and mapping the correct location * Participating in special projects as assigned * Meeting performance metrics and standards **Tiered Support Bonus System** We offer a competitive bonus structure based on total fees generated across CMR during the month. The bonus system is designed to reward high-performers and provide additional income for doing your job. The tiered bonus structure is as follows: * Level 1: $105 * Level 2: $150 * Level 3: $205 **FNOL Incentive Program** Our FNOL Incentive Program offers high-performers an opportunity to earn more per month, in addition to the CMR Tiered Support Bonus System. The incentive is calculated daily and paid on the 5th of the following month.
