Job Overview In this hybrid remote role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients and help them navigate their financial planning options. As a Financial Professional, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting clients with their financial planning needs, including retirement plan rollovers, investments, life insurance products, annuities, college plans, and more. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement, and we are looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and building meaningful relationships. Key Responsibilities Support the onboarding process for new clients and manage accounts Work with clients to ensure their dashboard accurately collects all relevant personal and financial information Consolidate accounts and keep information confidential Facilitate the collection of necessary statements/documents to transfer accounts to other accounts Track the transfer process to ensure the cost basis is transferred over accurately and efficiently Work with the operations team to facilitate the transfer process and track the status of each account transfer Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities Ensure that a proactive quarterly check-in is completed for all clients Proactively take responsibility for client requests by asking for help and anticipating what their next questions or needs might be Respond to all client inquiries about the Dashboard in Intercom, client support inbox, client team inbox, internal issues reported, and feedback forms submitted from clients Support in preparation and follow-up for client and prospective client meetings Escalate issues to technical help, document updates, communicate to relevant stakeholders, and see it through to resolution Catalog client feedback for product leads so that ideas can be incorporated into the product roadmap Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Business Development and Account Management experience A willingness to obtain a license or already have a license A strong customer service skillset and sales background Past remote work experience and the ability to work independently An outgoing personality and the ability to adjust communication style based on a prospect's/client's needs and attitude Impeccable follow-through and the ability to work with teams across the company Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in the financial services industry A strong understanding of financial planning and investment products Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills The ability to adapt to changing market conditions and priorities A strong focus on delivering exceptional client service Career Growth Opportunities At Rowland Investisure, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
