Our team members are the backbone of our organization, and we are committed to providing them with the support, training, and resources they need to succeed. **Responsibilities** As a Financial Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work in various roles, including: * **Field Representative**: Engage with families to understand their financial challenges and goals. Educate and guide clients through personalized strategies. Build lasting relationships and be a trusted representative for financial wellbeing. * **Field Trainer**: Mentor and develop new representatives. Conduct workshops and training sessions on financial principles and client engagement. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a supportive learning environment. * **Branch Manager (VP of Operations)**: Oversee office operations and ensure alignment with our mission and values. Inspire and lead a team of representatives and trainers.
